Each coaching client is different & the way we work will reflect your individual needs. Personal qualities that you can expect from me include empathy, positive challenge, grounded in reality, total belief in your resourcefulness, infectious energy, intuition and creativity.

As a coach I’m committed to enabling you to understand your strengths, what really matters, what the world needs of you and thus the difference you want to make in the world.

My coaching draws on 25+ years of leading organisations in mental health and natural environment sectors.  I’ve trained with and run leadership development programmes. I bring all that understanding and insight to my coaching.

I work with individuals and teams both face to face and virtually. Whenever possible we draw on the regenerative value of nature to enable clients to benefit from walking and thinking in the outdoors. This expands the impact of coaching to enable you to access your full intelligence, creativity and intuition, and unearth greater awareness of yourself.

Coaching is always a co-creation, we work in partnership to co-produce a bespoke programme that creatively gets you to the outcome faster and more effectively than you can reach alone.
