about me

catherine andrews

executive coach

professionally

A seasoned CEO, I enable leaders to step beyond their limits, address critical challenges for themselves and their organisations and realise the difference they can make.

I work with decision-makers across sectors to tackle obstacles in business and beyond, supporting leaders to achieve their unique goals. These include:

  • leadership clarity
  • strategic change
  • collective impact
  • personal purpose and direction

Providing a safe space to explore, I partner with clients to uncover their beliefs and the identity that fuels them, bringing this awareness to expand choices and maximise impact.

With over 25 years of leading national environmental and mental health organisations, I’ve studied and observed people and organisational behaviours in diverse environments. I draw on these insights to enrich my leadership development work with purpose-led CEOs across social enterprises, charities and business.

Catherine Andrews Executive Coach Profile London

coaching helps you focus on:

Areas where you can raise your performance

The particular skills and competencies you would like to develop further

The impact you are having and how to develop the way you persuade and lead

How you’re doing as a leader, especially where systematic feedback is missing and priorities are not clearly apparent

Inspiring the shift from striving to ‘be the best-in-the-world’
to ‘being my best-for-the-world’

personally

I love my work as a coach, it brings together so much of my professional and life experience. I’m privileged to work with inspiring leaders and teams who are determined to make a real impact in the world.

Originally from Australia, I’ve lived in London for many years. Being from ‘elsewhere’ has tuned my sensitivity to difference and to what it means to belong, and I enjoy the inclusive energy and generosity of this fast paced and messy city.

The natural world and our place within it is a life’s passion. Global heating and ecological breakdown have accelerated exponentially in my lifetime and I embrace our responsibility for acting to transform human impacts on the planet whilst we still have time. I believe our human interconnectedness asks that each of us live by our values and collaborate to co-create the future we want.

I’ve engaged with and led many environmental initiatives to connect people & communities with natural greenspaces and enable deeper awareness and appreciation of our shared earth.

I’m co-Chair of the inspiring national charity The Orchard Project and am also a Green Flag Awards Judge.

As a coach and mentor I support other inspirational organisations including The Entrepreneurial Refugee Network, On Purpose, She Leads Change and the Fabian Women’s Network.

Growing fruit & veg and keeping bees on the allotment keep me in touch with the seasons and I enjoy the opportunity to cycle wherever I can and sail whenever I can.
